Purchase Conditions

  • The online store of ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. accepts the following payment methods: Bank transfer and credit and debit cards: Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Aurora. We also accept payments made through the PAYPAL system.
  • The online store of ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. cannot be held responsible for breaching the contract in case of stock depletion or product unavailability. If for any of these reasons the order cannot be delivered, the total purchase amount will be refunded.
  • All prices in the online store include taxes and shipping costs.
  • The online store of ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. is currently available for sales made in mainland Spain. For delivery to another destination, please contact us, and we will inform you of the conditions and shipping costs.

Sales Conditions

  • ORDUÑA 1755 may modify its sales prices at any time and without prior notice, depending on economic conditions and production costs.
  • Delivery is considered completed once the product is made available to the customer by the carrier and the recipient signs for receipt of the delivery.
  • Immediately upon receipt, the merchandise must be checked for transport damage by the transport company. The customer must always obtain written confirmation in case of transport damage and report it to the company.

Return Conditions

  • If the return is due to receiving an item different in nature or quantity from the ordered one, ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. will cover the shipping and return costs, provided the customer notifies within a maximum of 7 business days from the receipt of the shipment. The customer will be offered a replacement with the originally ordered item or a refund if replacement is not possible due to lack of stock. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer.
  • In case of contract withdrawal by the customer or changes for reasons unrelated to ORDUÑA 1755 S.L., the return of a product will be accepted if it is sent in perfect condition, with its original packaging. Any defect in the return will result in non-acceptance and denial of the refund. In any case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • The maximum period for returning the product is fifteen days from the receipt of the same.
